All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, models, and software — is owned by eVerse.AI or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You receive no license except as expressly stated.
5. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated estimates (including ROI calculators) are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eVerse.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the customer's commercial jurisdiction as agreed in the MSA, or otherwise the laws of Delaware, USA.
