1. Who we are
eVerse.AI ("we", "us") provides SemenStrawCOUNTER, an AI-based system for counting frozen semen straws in liquid nitrogen. This policy explains how we handle information from visitors of this website and from customers of our products.
2. Information we collect
We collect (a) contact details you submit via forms (name, email, organization, country, role, message); (b) basic analytics about how visitors use this website (pages, referrer, device type) using privacy-preserving tooling; (c) for product customers, operational telemetry such as scan counts, error logs, and license status — never images of straws or goblets, unless you explicitly opt in to image-assisted support.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver and support the SemenStrawCOUNTER product, improve our website and AI models (using only aggregated, de-identified telemetry), comply with legal obligations, and protect our systems against fraud and abuse.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: vetted sub-processors that help us operate (hosting, email, analytics); authorities when legally required; and parties involved in a corporate transaction, under confidentiality. A list of sub-processors is available on request.
5. Data residency & retention
Website inquiries are stored within the EU. Customer telemetry is stored in the region selected at deployment time (EU, US, APAC). Inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless a customer relationship is established. Customer data is retained per your contract.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@everse.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access, MFA, and an audit log for all administrative actions. See our Security page for the full posture.
